Fleet and hubs
Vehicles, categories, maintenance logs and schedules, hubs by state and city.
Fleet operations for rental, ride-hailing and B2B leasing
Run self-drive rentals from hubs, a fixed-fare cab service, corporate fleet leases and franchise hubs on one fleet and one system.
The problem
An electric-vehicle fleet operator earns from several business lines at once — plan-based rentals, a cab service, corporate leases, franchise hubs — but each usually needs its own software. Vehicles are double-booked across lines, KYC is checked by hand, and late returns and lease invoices are chased manually.
This platform runs every line on one fleet: plan-based rental booking with digital KYC, a cab service with geofenced pickup points and driver dispatch, monthly B2B lease billing, franchise contracts and settlements, and breakdown support — with schedulers for penalties and billing.
