The problem
What it replaces
Software sold through referral and billing partners creates a tangle of commissions, invoice splits between entities and currencies, and renewals that are easy to miss. Usually it lives in a spreadsheet that only one person understands, and manual edits quietly break the totals.
This back office records customers, partners, closed deals and invoices, and calculates commissions and fund flows from configurable rules — with payments, credit notes, ageing, renewals and analytics. It keeps its data in a spreadsheet the team already uses, and checks that spreadsheet for drift.

Each invoice routed by date and type through partner, regional entity and parent entity, with per-line splits.
