The problem

What it replaces

A brand that sells to consumers online and to companies in bulk runs two businesses on WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Stock does not match what was sold, couriers are booked by hand, corporate quotes are priced differently by each salesperson, and nobody can say what commission is owed.

This system runs the warehouse and the sales team together: products with variants and bundles, stock movements, orders with courier booking and tracking, complaints — and a B2B module for leads, rule-priced quotations, artwork-carrying orders, invoices, payment milestones and agent commissions.
