The problem
What it replaces
Property portals live or die on trust. Unmoderated listings fill with duplicates and stale prices, buyers can’t tell a verified builder from anyone else, and sellers have no way to see which listings are producing enquiries or site visits.
This marketplace runs listing, moderation, seller verification, paid subscription packages and featured slots, buyer search and alerts, and the seller-side work of handling enquiries, chats and visit appointments.
