The problem
What it replaces
Growing companies run HR across a biometric machine’s export, a leave spreadsheet, a separate payroll tool and WhatsApp for field staff. Attendance doesn’t match payroll, overtime is approved after the fact, and expense claims arrive as photos of receipts.
This platform runs the employee lifecycle for many companies at once, each on its own subdomain and branding: recruitment, the employee master and documents, shifts, attendance from biometric devices and GPS, leave and overtime, payroll runs and payslips, expenses and travel, and configurable approval workflows.
